Purchase of Tickets At the moment ETS tickets can only be purchased at ETS counters located at Ipoh, Batu Gajah, Kampar, Tapah Road, Slim River, Sungkai, Behrang, Tanjung Malim, Kuala Kubu Bharu, Rawang, Sungai Buloh, Kepong Sentral, KL Old Railway Station, KL Sentral, Kajang and Seremban. At stations where there are no ticketing counters i.e. Bandar Tasek Selatan, Bangi and Nilai. Guests can purchase the tickets On Board ETS.
Booking in Advance Currently ETS Guests can book tickets 30 days in advance for the journey.

I was contact ETS service centre but couldn't get thru.for booking u give this num but its not use at all. how many times to call. plz ans when customer call.not 1 times its happen alot of time.I already 1 year taking ets bt...................?i dun knw whether the staff just take the call and cut off.

We have ben trying to call ets since morning! The calls gets through, you could hear the ring tone, and then it gets cuts! If their service is so bad, why bother to operate customer service centre... ???!!!!!! It really doesnt help.... Im pretty sure there will be so many other customers out there habing the same issues.... is malayisa well known for their poor hospitality??!!! I just wonder.... airasia is always late.... most of the flights are always delayed and the best reason would be lcct congestion.... if you knw of the congestion, why dont they change the timing?! Seriously man... i dont understand these people
tadi saya ada buat pembelian tiket ets melalui on line.. dan dah save kan maklumat pembelian.. tapi, bila saya nk recall blk maklumat tu hilang.. saya dah buat pembayaran menggunakn kad kredit.. dan x sempat lagi nk print tiket.. maklumat dah hilang.. so, mcm mana saya nk tahu status tiket saya skrg..
Why is it from yesterday I call this kl central at the number that was given but not one answer? it is only 1 person to attend to the call, I call the machine say agent cannot answer the phone the line is buzy...
why don't you have more agents to answer all the consumers calls... In that case kl central service for consumers to book the ticket and to do enquiries not very good service at all...
i already pay rm35 for KTMB i-Card..shud be i will get that card within 14 working days. but until now, i dont get my card. habuk pon tak dak.. they never pick up call..line always busy. so, actually apa gunanya talian bebas tol ni? duit ambik, kad tak dapat. staff ktmb please buat kerja. sorry to say, but your service like a bullshit.
